Terms of Service
The rules for using Cryptoflip, including eligibility, fair play, deposits and withdrawals, and account conduct.
Last Updated: July 2026
1. About these terms
These terms are the agreement between you and Cryptoflip ("we", "us") covering your use of cryptoflip.gg and every game, feature and service on it. By creating an account, depositing, or placing any wager you accept them in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
Gambling involves risk. Every wager you place can lose. Nothing on this site is an investment, and no game offers a guaranteed or expected profit.
Cryptoflip is owned and operated by CRYPTOFLIP FEVER DREAM STUIDOS RESA, UID EAE-115.934.167, registered at Rue Galilé 7, 1400 Yverdon-les-bains, Switzerland.
Business is conducted through Fever Dream Entertainment Ltd, company registration number HE 432345, of Thermistokli Dervi, 48, 3rd Floor, Office 306, 1065 Nicosia, Cyprus, and Cryptoflip NP B.V., company registration number 1181782, incorporated under the laws of Curaçao, with an office at 25 Neptune House, 1st floor, Flat/Office 11, 3045 Limassol, Cyprus.
Those entities are the parties you are contracting with under these terms and are responsible for holding and paying out your balance.
2. Eligibility and age
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal gambling age where you live if that age is higher. We may ask you to prove your age at any time and will suspend your account until you do.
Accounts found to belong to a person under 18 are closed immediately. Wagers are voided, winnings are forfeited, and deposited funds are returned to their original source.
3. Where you may play
Online gambling is restricted or prohibited in many places. It is your responsibility to know the law where you are and to stop using the site if it does not permit you to play. Using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to disguise where you are connecting from is a breach of these terms.
We may block access from particular countries or regions at any time, including after you have already deposited. Where we do, we will return your remaining balance subject to the verification checks in section 5.
4. Your account
One account per person. Duplicate accounts, accounts opened on behalf of someone else, and accounts shared between people are not permitted and may be closed.
You are responsible for everything that happens on your account and for keeping access to it secure, including the email inbox and any Google or Steam account you sign in with. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access.
The details you give us must be accurate and kept up to date. Providing false information is grounds for closing your account and withholding withdrawals.
5. Identity verification
We are required to verify who our players are and where their funds come from. We may ask you at any point for proof of identity, address, age, or source of funds, and we may hold withdrawals until those checks are complete.
Verification is not optional and is not limited to large withdrawals. If you cannot or will not complete it, we may close your account and return deposited funds to their original source rather than paying out.
6. Deposits
Deposits are made in cryptocurrency through our payment provider and are credited once the network confirms them. Deposits are final and cannot be reversed.
Send only the currency and network shown on the deposit screen, to the address shown, and include any memo or destination tag where one is given. Funds sent on the wrong network, to an old address, or without a required memo may be unrecoverable. You are responsible for network fees.
Balances are held in your account for play. They are not a deposit account, they earn no interest, and we are not a bank.
7. Withdrawals
You may withdraw your available balance at any time, subject to verification and to any minimum withdrawal amount shown at the time. Withdrawals are normally processed within 24 to 48 hours; network congestion can add to that.
Withdrawals go to an address you control. Check it carefully. A crypto transfer sent to an address you provided cannot be recalled by us once broadcast.
We may decline or delay a withdrawal where we reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these terms, or where we are required to by law.
8. How the games work
Cryptoflip offers Original and Wheel. Each game's odds, payout multipliers and house edge are shown in the game itself, and the house edge means the site retains a percentage of wagers over time.
Results are provably fair. Before each round we publish the hash of a server seed; the result is produced by combining that server seed with a client seed and a nonce, and the server seed is revealed afterwards so you can confirm the result was fixed before you bet and was not altered. A result you have verified is final.
9. Ambient accounts
Cryptoflip operates ambient accounts. These are house-operated accounts that post in chat and that create and join Original games so the lobby and chat are populated at quiet times. They are part of the service rather than independent members of the public, and they are not other players.
An ambient account may be your opponent in a Original. Where that happens the wager settles against the house rather than against another player. The provably fair process in section 8 applies identically whether your opponent is an ambient account or a real player, and you can verify any such round the same way.
Ambient accounts have no access to your seeds, your balance, your bet history, or anything else that could influence a result. They cannot see a round's outcome before you can.
10. Settlement, errors and malfunctions
A wager is placed when your balance is debited and cannot be cancelled once a round is under way. Our server-side record of a round is the authoritative one; if what your device displayed differs from it, the server record governs.
If a game, display, payout table or balance is affected by a bug, misconfiguration or interruption, we may void the affected rounds and return the stakes. Winnings credited in error do not belong to you and may be reversed. We will not void a round simply because it went badly for the house.
11. Rewards, rakeback and referrals
Levels, rakeback and referral rewards are promotional extras, not entitlements. We may change or withdraw them, and we may vary their rates, at any time.
Rewards are for genuine play. Wagering designed to farm rewards rather than to gamble — including low-risk or offsetting bets, self-referral, and referring accounts you also control — will have the rewards removed and may result in account closure.
12. Things you must not do
You must not use bots, scripts, or automation to play; exploit a bug rather than reporting it; collude with other players; open or use multiple accounts; use funds that are not lawfully yours; or attempt to interfere with, overload, or reverse engineer the site.
You must not use chat to harass, threaten, or abuse other players, to post another person's private information, or to advertise. We may mute, suspend, or close accounts for chat conduct.
Where we find a breach of this section we may void affected wagers, withhold winnings arising from it, and close the account. Deposited funds not derived from the breach will be returned.
13. Responsible gambling
Gamble only with money you can afford to lose. Tools to help you stay in control, along with warning signs and links to independent support, are on our Responsible Gambling page.
You can self-exclude at any time. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be lifted early on request — that is the point of it. Any remaining balance is returned to you.
14. Suspension, closure and inactive accounts
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close an account where these terms are breached, where verification is not completed, where we are required to by law, or where we reasonably suspect fraud or money laundering.
If we close your account for reasons other than a breach by you, your remaining balance is returned. If an account is inactive for a long period we may contact you at your registered email before taking any action on the balance.
15. Complaints and disputes
If something has gone wrong, contact support first with your account name and the round or transaction concerned, and we will investigate and respond. Most disputes about a result can be settled quickly using the provably fair verification described in section 8.
If we cannot resolve it between us, you may be able to escalate to our regulator. Details are available on request.
16. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, the site is provided as it stands, we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and we are not liable for money you lose gambling. We are not liable for losses caused by things outside our reasonable control, including blockchain networks, payment providers, and your own device or connection.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give notice on the site or by email. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, stop using the site and withdraw your balance.
