There are two games: Original, a 1v1 coin flip where you pick blue or red, another player matches your wager, and the winner takes the pot minus the house cut; and Wheel, a single-player wheel where you choose a multiplier between 1.01x and 1000x and the win chance is derived from it. Both are provably fair, so every result can be verified by you after the fact. Deposits and withdrawals are in cryptocurrency and there is no KYC for crypto play.

Cryptoflip does not add a crypto deposit fee, although network fees can apply. Withdrawals cost 2% standard or 6% for faster processing - you see the exact amount before confirming. On Original, the house takes 5% of the total pot from the winner's payout (so a $10 vs $10 game pays the winner $19, not $20). On Wheel, the 10% house edge is baked directly into the odds shown for whatever multiplier you pick, there's no separate fee taken on top.

Immediately. An Original pot settles the moment the coin lands and a Wheel spin settles as it stops - the balance is credited in the same instant, not queued for review. Withdrawals to your own wallet are a separate step and depend on network confirmation.
Crypto deposits have no fixed minimum from us, though very small amounts can be eaten by network fees, and the deposit page shows a suggested minimum per coin. Original wagers start at $0.10 and are capped at $10,000.
CS2 skins are supported for withdrawals, not deposits. Credit and debit card deposits use the NOWPayments on-ramp where available. Crypto deposits and both crypto and CS2 skin withdrawals remain available.
Yes, and you do not have to take our word for it. Before you bet, you are shown a hash of the server seed, which commits us to a result we cannot then change. After the round the real server seed is published, and you can hash the server seed, your client seed and the nonce yourself to confirm the outcome you were given is the one those inputs produce. The Provably Fair page walks through the exact calculation, and every settled game keeps a verify link.
Yes, and you do not have to take our word for any of it. Every finished round shows its server seed, client seed and nonce, and the Provably Fair page has a verifier that recomputes the outcome in your browser. If a result did not match its published hash, the mismatch would be obvious.
The outcome hashes four things, not three: server seed, client seed, nonce, and both account IDs. Without that fourth part the result would be fixed when the game is created, before anyone joins - identical no matter who accepted it. Including both players means the game could not have been decided before your opponent was in it.
Yes. Cryptoflip uses simulated bot accounts to keep chat and games active, especially when real player volume is low. Games you play against a real balance always use real money math - bots don't get special treatment in payouts.
Some of them are ours. Cryptoflip runs ambient accounts that chat and fill games so the lobby is not empty at quiet hours, and one of them may be your opponent in Original - in which case the wager settles against the house rather than another player. The fairness maths is identical either way and you can verify those rounds exactly the same.
A round that has settled and verifies against its published seeds is final. If a genuine technical fault means a round did not settle correctly, we void it and return the wagers rather than paying out a result the maths does not support. Contact support with the game ID and we will show you the seed data.

Not to play or to deposit. We may ask you to prove your age or identity where we are required to, or where an account shows signs of fraud, multiple accounts, or someone under 18 - and the account stays suspended until that is resolved. For ordinary play there is no KYC gate.
Not everywhere. Some countries are blocked outright and it is your responsibility to know whether online gambling is legal where you are. Playing from a restricted country, or using a VPN to appear elsewhere, can mean a closed account and forfeited winnings.
Yes, and you do not need to speak to anyone first. The Responsible Gambling page lets you lock your account immediately for anything from 24 hours to 90 days, and Support can set a longer one. A lock cannot be lifted early by you or by us, which is the point of it.
