Before you open a ticket
Most deposit questions answer themselves with a block explorer. A crypto deposit credits automatically once the network confirms it, so if your transaction is still unconfirmed on-chain then nothing has gone wrong yet and there is nothing support can do to speed it up. Confirmation times vary by coin: Solana and Tron are close to instant, Bitcoin usually takes one or two blocks.
If you sent a coin on the wrong network, say so in your first message and include the transaction hash. That is recoverable in some cases and not in others, and knowing the network immediately is what decides how quickly we can tell you which.
For a result you want to check rather than dispute, the verifier on the provably fair page recomputes any settled Original or Wheel round in your own browser from its published seeds. It does not contact our servers, so it will tell you the same thing whether or not support is online.
What to include
Your username, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and the transaction hash or game ID if there is one. That is usually enough to resolve a ticket in a single reply rather than three.
Support cannot reverse a settled bet, adjust a result, or refund a loss. Every outcome on the site is verifiable by you before you ask, which is the whole reason the verifier exists. What support can do is fix anything that went wrong with money moving in or out, and act on a self-exclusion immediately.
Taking a break
